Bidra med feedbackI'm sorry to say that my experience at this restaurant was not good at all. The sandwich was extremely salty and I could not even eat it. It was clear that the sandwich was poorly prepared. The young lady working behind the counter seemed to avoid making eye contact. I even had to ask her if she was speaking to me because she wouldn't look up from the floor. There was a lack of leadership evident. I am giving them a second star because I believe they have potential to improve in the future. But for now, it's a two-star rating.
This is by far the best meatball sandwich I have ever tried! I am puzzled by the reviews giving this place 4 stars or less. The sandwiches here are authentically Italian and have not been altered to suit American tastes. You can taste the care and dedication that goes into their food. The marinara sauce is truly amazing. A close contender for best sandwich is the chicken parmesan. I am excited to try the other items on their menu! ???
I recently visited Capriotti's and ordered an Italian sandwich without mayonnaise due to my allergy. Unfortunately, when I opened my sandwich, I found it loaded with mayonnaise. I am extremely disappointed and angry. I will be returning tomorrow for a refund and expect the rest of my sandwich to be compensated for. I threw the remaining half out of my car window in frustration. If I become sick from this mistake, I will be even more upset.
I?ve always enjoyed eating at Capriotti?s, including a lot of meals at the original locations in Delaware but this location is not up to snuff. Dirty seating area and bathroom, sandwich that was poorly prepared and turkey that was fatty and gross. Won?t be eating here again.
Extremely disappointed and left hungry because I refused to eat just a medium loaf of bread pretending to be a turkey sub!! For 32 , my husband and I ordered two medium homemade turkey lunchboxes (w/chips and med drink, no dessert). Yes, I get their niche is using real Butterball turkey and that 's cool, BUT it would be nice if the customer could taste the turkey in ratio to the bread/fixings!!!!! It was literally a tablespoon of crumbled turkey meat on each bun, and Not slices of turkey. I took my sandwich back to the counter to ask if this was a mistake and was told No. Additionally the dining room floor was dirty with spilled drinks under tables. There were at least 4 employees that I saw and it wasn 't busy at all during peak lunch so was that intentional too?? Giving 1 star for the concept of using real turkey. Next time I 'll use my 32 to buy roast a whole 15lb turkey myself and prepare at home! Overall Poor Food Poor Experience Spend Your and Time Elsewhere.
