Bidra med feedbackWas not impressed with Pad Tai and added steak . Was looking forward to lunch and walked all the way over there. The noodles were mushy and the meat was chewy and fatty and even if it was delicious there wasn 't very much food for a $15 meal with the soda.
My Japanese Pan Noodles were good as always, and my cashier was kind. I also enjoyed the natural lighting of the restaurant, especially as the sun was going down in the evening (see picture included in review). My rating has to do with the store itself. There is Wi-Fi offered here, which influenced my decision to dine in, but there is only one charging outlet in the whole store. I don't know how the location is supposed to be conducive to lots of customers dining and working on electronic devices if there is only one charging outlet and it is by the trash can. The trash can was also overflowing so bags had started to pile up in the containers next to the trash that used to be used for leaving dishes to go back to the kitchen (that practice has been understandably eliminated as we are still dealing with COVID safety protocols). Would have been nice to be able to properly dispose of my food waste. I wonder if there would be a way for the store to incorporate recycling, as every dish is now served in recyclable packaging that just gets thrown away in the restaurant. If Noodles Company as a whole doesn't recycle then I guess there isn't anything this location can do about it but it sure would be nice. Lastly, I deliver for Uber Eats and the address provided to pick up from this location is always incorrect. It is listed as being at Maggiano's. It would be great if the store could update its address to the proper location so drivers don't keep getting directed to the wrong storefront at the mall.
So around 12 I went to lunch from work and decided to come here so walk in and the lady looks at me and says she isn’t going to be taking any orders for 5-6 minutes while she bags the food up. Now I will say they were busy but there was about 5 bowls done sitting there if this lady can’t multitask she shouldn’t be in the industry. I use to work in the food industry and it gets busy but you gotta keep it moving. It took her a good almost 2 minutes to put a lid on ONE BOWL and place it in a bag. Either she needs more than one person in the front or she needs to learn to multitask how do you turn business away. I left and went next door to potbelly because hey at least they don’t turn me away. I can clearly see she’s busy but don’t look at me and say you’re not gonna take my order for 5/6 minutes and then move like a sloth.
I got the Asian Apple Salad without the noodles. It was very fresh and very Big. It was expensive, but you get what you pay for. I definitely will return. Also the the staff was very helpful and friendly.
We have recently rediscovered Noodles and Company and it has become a go-to for our family. Their variety of options to include vegan and gluten free, makes it a place everyone can find something.
