Pizza Hut - Anniston

I placed an order via app for curbside pickup from the Quintard Ave store in Anniston, AL. After arriving, my order wasn’t ready. I waited 10 min past the time my order was ready, but no one ever brought my order to my car. I finally went inside and observed an employee lying on a bench inside the lobby. Another employee was behind the counter. I told her I’d been waiting for my curbside order, to which she asked my name, got my order and I left. No apology for the wait, no explanation etc. I was appalled that there were two employees on duty, but one couldn’t be bothered from her lying down to bring an order to a customer. It was very unprofessional and unacceptable.I took a picture of the employee from my car and submitted feedback on their corporate site.

Overall a wonderful store full of dedicated workers who want to make a difference. The quality is superb and as a whole this Pizza Hut is a winner to anyone looking for good quality fast food!

Everything was exactly how I ordered it. The food came about 20-30 mins hot, fresh, and with a smile. I’ll definitely order Pizza Hut again.

This is actually the nicest Pizza Hut I've been to since they got rid of their dine- in.The people were soo nice, the place was cheery and decorated.

Love the new Melts! Just got pepperoni but the meat lovers are delicious as well! Yummy!
