Legends Grill - Anthem

On November 28, 2018, I took my husband there to celebrate his birthday, expecting a nice dinner. Unfortunately, the food was served cold and simply did not meet acceptable standards, so we asked to speak with a manager. When Rick, the manager, came over, he belittled my husband by questioning how much he had to drink (just one beer) and made comments that were very insulting. We were only trying to express our dissatisfaction with the meal, but Rick responded with hostility and refused to engage in a constructive conversation. After a lengthy wait to settle our bill, Rick returned, slammed the checkbook on the table, and made an inappropriate comment suggesting that the police were pursuing my husband. This infuriating experience left me in tears at our table. Once we paid and left, we saw several police cars, and my husband ended up speaking with an officer about the situation. They even shared a laugh about why Rick had called them over our complaint regarding the cold wings. After a few days of reflecting on the entire incident and the rude treatment we received, we decided to reach out to the owners. I spoke with one of the Booth brothers on the phone, explained our ordeal, and requested an apology from Rick. As professionals in the retail industry, we did not deserve such disrespect. I never imagined a real-life experience could be as absurd as this. Please think twice before visiting Legends Bar Grill; it’s not worth the hassle.
