I had the gluten-free pizza. The pizza was boiled half the dough was a little raw, so ask that it be done well. Overall the taste was good. I talked to the cook because the waiters did not understand English to soothe that he used a kind of tablet so it does not mix with the regular flour in the oven, he did not really understand first so It is important to explain it clearly.
Delicious, fresh tasting. They have gluten-free pasta and pizza. The cook came to our table to tell us how to make the gluten-free pizza crust of scratches with Yucca dough - amazingly tasty-only ready to wait - maybe 30-45 minutes. It's worth it! You have other food chicken and steak that would be gluten-free - just check the spices for the different dishes to be safe.
