Bidra med feedbackThe good: it's clean, service is friendly, a nice breakfast is included, the place is very charming and the location can not be beat. Bathrooms are pretty nice. The bad: the rooms are very dark and the only windows point to the hallways or other public areas. There is no A/C. Sound carries through the hotel so every little noise will be heard by other occupants through closed doors and windows. TV is all in Spanish, WiFi on the TV is incredibly weak and will not buffer any programming. The furnishings are very outdated. Conclusion: for c.90 USD per night you can do better.
No air con. Tvs do not connect to Netflix as advertised. Can clearly hear other guests through open vents in the walls so there is lack of privacy. Room has no bottles of water for guests or any tea coffee self serve.Breakfast is acceptable. Coffee is fantastic. Location is fantastic the building is nice
Hands down the best place in Antígua. Me and my gf arrived tired from Guatemala City and the place we’ve booked wasn’t open yet. We stopped there to have breakfast and we’re surprised by: how nice tb staff was how beautiful the garden was the good food they’ve served We change our reservation instantly and stayed in Los Olivos. I can’t remember the staff name now but thank you guys!! You did our travels a bit better
Historical hearthouse with a lot of atmosphere, but no alcohol, is located in the city center with three patios. Comfortable beds and large historical atmosphere very quiet, like all rooms except one not opposite the street s. however: no cork screw! in the whole! hotel, because they do not sell alcohol with the explanation of being "Christian '!?!
Overall experience was phenomenal! will stay here in future. excellent location, staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are beautifully furnished and comfortable, and eating is delicious. very courteous as we flew early, they could provide a room before check-in hours. Five stars!
