Jersey Mike's Subs - Antioch

Service was fine and friendly but sandwiches were not good. Portions seemed way off. I didn 't get 'the juice ' but my friends did and they just ended up with absurdly wet sandwiches. The amount of vinegar or whatever they pour on is way over the top.

Nice place for a quick bite. My favorite one right now is #13 Mike's way can't go wrong.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered 4 sandwiches online and only received 3. When I called I was told I couldn’t get a refund so I had to go back for my sandwich. When I arrived and got the sandwich I didn’t receive anything extra for my inconvenience of having to drive back! But more than anything not even a friendly apology for their mistake. Nothing friendly about the customer service here!

Placed an online order to be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived to pick it up 21 minutes later only to be told they have to bake our wheat bread first. Fix your app, or make sure employees are keeping proper inventory and not stealing food. This happens a LOT at this and the Round Lake Beach locations.

The sandwiches are always ???. They hook it up fat. I only need a mini and I’m good to go. They play really good music and management needs to know how excellent the staff here is. Rarely do you go into a store, let alone a fast food establishment, and have employees that are this inviting and diligent. I come semi-regularly on my lunch break. Plus the rewards system is a perk
