달봉비어 - Anyang-si

I decided to go there because I had heard some negative reviews from people around me. However, to my surprise, the boss was kind and welcoming. The restroom was clean and there is a designated smoking area. I was really satisfied with my experience, but I can understand why some people might not like it, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. Oh, and if you enjoy cheese balls, don't order them here... they're actually miniature frozen cheese sticks from the Chubby Bear Chicken Restaurant, hehe.

There aren't many places open at 3 PM, but HaHa is one of them. First of all, the operating hours are convenient. The name of the dish is cute, and while the restaurant is in the basement, it feels spacious and comfortable. There's a separate smoking room, so there's no unpleasant smell.
