German Beer Garden - Ao Nang

Fantastic food and service here. Friendly owners, and staff are very helpful. This restaurant features German food and beer, which is all wonderful. The outdoor atmosphere adds to the dining experience. A really great place which we're so glad we were introduced to by friends.

Not bad for the area. Schnitzel was juicy and tasty, salad and homemade dressing were worth their price, prices are average, portions are big. I wouldn't recommend the red wine, though. Service was very attentive, staff speak good English. There is a toilet available. There was no music in the evening, which was a plus we could enjoy the quiet natural background. Don't forget the anti mosquito spray as the seating is outside. Quite recommend, take a tuk tuk as the way is up the hill though not far from the main road.

Excellent place with great food and beer selection. There is always a daily special that varies but usually is a german or central European dish. The owner is german and therefor you see a lot of german dishes on the menu. The food is really good and worth the walk from Ao Nang beach or if you are lazy, take the Tuktuk.

Best restaurant in the area of you want something different then Thai food. Although the Thai food is supposedly also very good (I never tried it). Big portions for fair prices.
