This is just awful. I ordered pizza for my kids, and what I received was burnt, overcooked, and very hard. I called to inform them about the burnt pizza, and as soon as I mentioned it, they hung up on me. If the cook can't handle their job, they should find someone better. When I placed the order, a woman answered the phone, and it felt like she was intoxicated; she was very rude. The second time I tried to leave feedback, a man answered, and he seemed more professional. I have no complaints about the delivery driver—he delivered everything on time!

I’m adding to my review on March 15, 2024: A massive thank you to the entire staff and bakers for the delicious pizza, as always!!!!! We ordered it for work, and everyone rated it a 5+!!!

Well, dear pizzaiolos, how could you treat your regular customers like this? I ordered a pizza that was supposed to weigh 800 grams, and when I came to pick it up, I double-checked to confirm it was indeed 800 grams because it seemed lighter to me. The staff confidently assured me that it was 800 grams. When I got home, I took the time to weigh it... and surprise! It turned out to be only 700 grams, and that includes the sauce; without it, it's even less! I won't be ordering from you again!!!

This pizzeria is really delicious.
