Bidra med feedbackI am a regular customer here but had a very bad experience with the manager (not carla.) she does not know how to use gift cards and she owes to the computer. Today is the second time that I had to wait (what other customers also had to wait) to let my gift cards use. the first time that the gift cards are not valid and the second time (today) also said the same. they ask me to contact the customer service instead of learning how to use the billing system. the manager can't even explain and she says she doesn't have time. that was a really terrible experience.
Foresight: do not trust this location with an online order. on the meat in 3 burritos. was taken to our office for lunch. portioning still smaller with meat seems to be a problem at this place. deceive people for bigger wins. no thanks, dear manager, we are not interested in their freebee gifts that they offer unsatisfied customers. Stop cheating on us!
I'm here a couple times. quality of ingredients is good, food tastes good. far better than chipotle my opinion after. food: 4/5

I read someone else make this same comment about them skimping on giving you your food. You get a tea spoon scoop of toppings for your dry nachos. I don't get it. I pay nearly $12 and basically get plain old corn chips because I've got cheese that was sprinkled on like a pinch of salt. Ground beef so small its like brown sand granules dropped on top with a baby spoon.My wife brings home dinner and we had to go buy our own toppings to FINISH making our dinner. $2 extra for guac? You can get a whole tub in the store for that much! This place has gone down hill. QUIT SHORT-CHANGING PEOPLE ON THE FOOD! WE WON'T BE BACK.
