Starbucks - Apex

Just purchased two large hot Caramel Macchiato's with extra caramel drizzle and whip cream. The cups were hot, so my wife and I put them in the cup holders and drove away. Half way home we discovered that all we had was coffee...NO Caramel at all,and NO whip cream. Aways have had great service there.....SO DISAPPOINTING!!!

Hot chocolate is gritty from powder mix. Swiss Mix at home is better.

Shout out to JILL, JUSTIN, EMILY JANE, COURTNEY, JOHNNY THE MANAGER, just some of the names I wrote down from name tags but every single one of the employees are amazing. They are friendly, efficient and they provide OUTSTANDING customer service every time. I have been coming here for over a year kind of religiously so I’ve seen them at their busiest times and their slower times and no matter what’s going on I am always given the best customer service, with a smile.I HOPE STARBUCKS CORPORATE RECOGNIZES THESE VALUABLE PEOPE !!!!!!!Kid-friendliness: They are always so nice to kids here

Ordered coffees at drive thru. Had to restate the order several times. At the window, the employee left and came back. Took an order at drive thru, left and came back, told me the ticket never printed, then asked the guy to make the coffees. I was given a coffee I didn’t order. I parked and went in so as to not tie up the drive thru any longer. The employee I spoke to told me it was what I ordered. I stated that it wasn’t and the employee at the drive-thru was horrible. Manager stated she would not make me a coffee. She asked another employee. I waited five more minutes then went to the manager and asked if I was going to get the coffee. Her response was that it was in the queue and there are other people waiting. Absolutely unprofessional and rude. I was not disrespectful. I never raised my voice. I went in with a smile because I understand these things happen. Damien, the manager, was hostile from the moment I stated I was given the wrong coffee.
