Bidra med feedbackI ordered two tacos, and they looked great. Unfortunately, the shells were broken, so I had to use a fork to eat them.
We placed our order at the kiosk and sat down at the least dirty table while we listened to the same woman yelling at the staff to get it together. When our food finally arrived, it was unceremoniously tossed onto the counter, and the employee disappeared before we could even get it. Our two nacho fries were half-filled, and only one cheese cup was full. The chicken chipotle melt was a mess. I don’t know if they were having an off day, but I've had better experiences at this location in the past.
I had a terrible experience today. After paying at the kiosk, I was informed that they couldn't prepare what we ordered and refused to refund my money. When I asked to speak to a manager, they ignored my request. Instead, they provided smaller versions of our order, which took 17 minutes to arrive. To make matters worse, they forgot an item, didn’t include sour cream on two dishes, the crunchwraps were soggy inside, and the Mexican pizza looked like it was made out of spite (see picture). I absolutely will not be returning. This was a complete rip-off—total garbage and awful food. They deserve zero stars.
I really enjoyed Spicy Double Beef Grilled Cheese Burrito with Diablo sauce!? Ordering food with the little machine was easy and comfortable for me. But my husband did not like the coffee from there and wasn't happy about the customer service ????... Maybethey're too busy.
I am not a fan of the Bell, until I ate here! The staff is wonderful, the store is super clean and the food was fantastic! Trust me fantastic is not a way to describe the Bell, but this store is truly the business model others need to follow!
