Jack In The Box - Apple Valley

I requested my fries to be served hot, but I was asked to wait in the front parking lot. After some time, they apologized for the delay, explaining that they had to prepare the tacos. While the tacos were hot, everything else was cold. I called to express my dissatisfaction, but they told me I should be eating while driving and that they wouldn’t replace anything. A total waste of $33.00. Reheated fries and burgers were disappointing, just like the service I received.

The customer service here is outstanding! I will now choose to travel further to this location instead of going to Bear Valley or Hesperia.

The restaurant was clean and welcoming, with friendly and prompt service. The restrooms were tidy and free of graffiti, which was a nice touch. However, the only downside is that you can't place mobile orders here. I attempted to use the app several times to order ahead and take advantage of my rewards and offers, but the app indicated that these options weren't available at this location. When I inquired at the counter, the staff seemed unaware of the situation.

I'm stuck going here because my son has Autism and loves the chicken tenders from here. Unfortunately they changed the combo from 6 pieces of chicken to 5 and raised the price. Its now over 15$ for the medium combo. You can get a much better chicken tenders meal at Denny's or other restaurants for equal or less. Kills me every time I go there. And I alwasy have to request hot food. They often have food in warming trays just sitting at luke warm temps. For the outrageous prices you should get hot food. Oh and check your fries at the window. Half the time the container is half empty.
