Dunkin' - Appleton

Coffee was good and services was good, but my food tasted like chemicals. I ordered hash browns and a bacon bagel sandwich. My bacon was not cooked even remotely and everything had a taste of chemicals to it...I could not finish neither my hash browns or bagel due to this taste. I think something is seriously wrong with their food. Hash browns should not taste like plastic.

The Darboy Dunkin location is my favorite. The workers are so friendly... Especially the morning shift. They know how to start your day off great with their humor and smiles and always great coffee!

The star I'm giving is only for the staff member. She was great! Very friendly! Coffee was good too. The donut however, was very disappointing! Everytime I go here I'm hoping for a chocolate covered Boston cream filled donut. They never have them, always out. So this morning I was there early and they did, yay, was so excited! I get home to open the bag and there is a dinky heart shaped donut. Looked like a regular donut with a big chunk cut out to make a heart shape. First bite no cream, second none, third nope, get to the middle, There it is about a nickle sized, maybe a 1/2 tsp of cream. All that excitement for that!! What a rip off!!! Not going back! Then I call express my concerns. They don't answer. Called several times! So annoyed!

We went inside to sit for a short while. My cappuccino had no foam : and we had to wait 5 minutes for my son's hot chocolate I was finished with my sausage/egg and almost halfway through my cappuccino when he finally got it). Although it wasn't a very busy time, the employees were barely interactive and definitely not friendly.

Love love their seasonal refreshers! Blood orange was good. Really really miss their blueberry pomegranate and cranberry apple ones they have had in the past. Wish they would do one for the holiday season/winter!!!
