Bidra med feedbackI ordered a pizza, but it was topped incorrectly, so I asked for a remake. However, the pizza I received looked poorly assembled, especially considering it was meant to correct a mistake. The quality has been declining recently.
I received a prompt response when I called the restaurant, but the gentleman who answered was a bit rude and abrupt. Perhaps he was having a rough day; I hope this isn't a frequent occurrence. The pizza was delicious, as always, but unfortunately, they forgot to include the 2-liter bottle of Pepsi for the DoorDash driver. There was no way to retrieve it, as the driver couldn't return for it. On a positive note, Pizza Hut did offer me a credit for my next purchase, which I appreciated, and the young lady who helped me resolve the issue over the phone was pleasant and supportive. I’ll likely choose a different Pizza Hut next time to avoid these complications. Thank you for reading my review.
I walk by this Pizza Hut every day, and I never noticed how lovely it is inside. It's very clean and has a cheerful atmosphere. The pizza I ordered was fantastic and ready right on time for me to pick up on my way home. It was a delightful surprise!
Our delivery was wrong and missing items, but I totally get that. No problem. I figured they were just busy. I called to ask them what my options were. The manager was incredibly short. He said he could either credit my Pizza Hut profile or make me anew order, but if they made a new order it would take over an hour. I didn?t want a credit to my profile, and we couldn?t eatwhat was delivered, so I just asked him to please make a new one and we?d wait. He said ?fine. Anything else?? I said ?no thankyou!? And he said ?yeah whatever.? And hung up on me. I?m not a fan of leaving unfavorable reviews in my own city but there?s noway to call and voice my concerns to a manager. He WAS the manager! He might have just been having a bad day, but I don?t feellike we deserved that. The pizza was eventually delivered 90 mins later but it was cold. I have a feeling the employees aren?tbeing treated well or being paid well there. Just sayin.
WARNING READ THIS DO NOT CALL TO ORDER FOR DELIVERY. I learned the hard way I called to order and since nobody answered at the store I got directed to their call center a lady over the phone placed the order for delivery which I wanted and told me itwould be a hour. A few moments later I got a text saying someone from door dash was delivering it. I clicked the link and thegirl at the call center had put in the completely wrong address for the order so the door dash person was unable to deliver myorder when it was done (after waiting the hour for food) I then had to call the store replace a new order waiting even longerand drive over there myself. NOT Pizza Huts fault just know this can happen when calling for delivery. I recommend only placinga order for delivery through their website or picking up only.
