As an african male who works hard for his dollar it’s very dissatisfying to know that every time I try to give this franchise a chance they continually let me down. This Popeyes consistently delivers in forgetting at least one item on my order every single experience. This leads me to believe that some of their employees mostly female) have some integrity issues . They are loosing a loyal customer in me

I would like for someone to help me understand why every single time I have went here, not only has the service been ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. But EVERY worker including supervisors are quick to start talking and acting slick towards customers. GET THIS PLACE IN CHECK OR JUST CLOSE DOWN!

We pulled up to the drive through and they told us they were out of spicy chicken and filets, so that left us with few choices. We ordered and they proceeded to yell at us through the back door while we were waiting in the drive through. After a long wait time (it was just us in the drive through) we finally got our food. Did not exchange a word with the employee (she grabbed my card and gave it back, but very bad customer service experience). Our food was good, but not as good as I've experience at other locations. Overall very disappointed.

My son and I placed our order through the drive through this afternoon. We were up sold a desert. I agreed to it, and asked for 2 forks because we are going to share it. At the window, they gave us the food so quickly, that I didn’t take the time to look at it. We just drove off to the other side of the parking lot to eat. It was then my son told me that we were given 4 desserts!!! I thought $34.01 was a bit high for 2 meals and 1 dessert. Joke was on me! I paid $2.99 per dessert. Ugh. I finished eating my chicken, thinking nothing of the fact that I wasn’t given a receipt. Once done with my chicken, I packed up and went back through the drive through because their phone number listed online didn’t work. I told the lady at the drive through what had happened… plus they had given me a “regular” coke instead of Diet Coke. She asked me to drive around to the window. I did. That is where they said they could give me a refund with the receipt. I told them I never was handed one. She said she could give me more food to fix the difference, but wouldn’t refund me. Which upset me. I ate already. I wanted a coupon for future or give me a refund. Nope. After I told her I was going to give her a bad review… then she offered to refund me. Hello? Why not make it right the first time? My chicken was good, but the service was horrible. Will never go back.

Rudest people I know. Very racist. Couldn’t even order food because they wouldn’t make chicken. Said it would take a long time to heat up chicken. Not impressed. Take your money elsewhere. Very bad customer service. Lost a huge order. Doesn’t even deserve one star. I would say no stars
