Bidra med feedbackRiver Tyme Bistro is located in a building that was constructed in the 1870’s as a paper mill. Amazing historic preservation and renovation! We held a wedding rehearsal dinner in the Dam Room, looking out on a dam on the Fox River. Recommend connecting directly with Event Manager Heidi who will take care of every detail! She worked with us to meet the needs of our guests related to food selection, beverages and AV needs. Guest services for the event was great!
First of all, when we arrived the Bartender who was very friendly told us to have a seat at the table outside, when the waitress came she told us that we shouldn't be there because the table wasn't cleaned off and the Bartender should not of told us to sit there. We asked her if she wanted us to move and she stated that it was too late now. I chalked it up to being understaffed and maybe she was having a bad day. Beautiful atmosphere, The food was phenomenal and drinks were amazing. I definitely will return for another try.
This restaurant was cute and right by the river. We enjoyed sitting outside, under the canopy. The food was delicious. It was fresh and flavorful. The two gentlemen by the greeters station were both professional and pleasant.
Went here as part of mile of music. I didn't eat there but I did have a drink. The River Thyme Painkiller was so refreshing and delicious. I would go back for the drink alone. It was also serverd in a cute pint jar. Nice people who worked there too.
SO GOOD!! I ordered the French toast bake (yes, I know it’s soaked in cream and yes, I know I’m lactose intolerant) AND IT WAS SO LUSCIOUS AND HEAVENLY!! The rest of my family also thoroughly enjoyed their meals!! The scenery was great and the staff was also just incredible!! I highly recommend!
