Bidra med feedbackJust went there tonight. Was very unimpressed with the service. Was not greeted and had to ask to order when no other customers were there. As I ordered toppings, the worker put hardly any of what I ordered on the sandwich. I asked to have a little more of one of the ingredients (he put 2 banana peppers on), and he seemed annoyed. I asked for Italian dressing and he said they only had olive oil when I could see the Italian. The entire time I felt that I was unwelcome. Subway has always been my favorite, but I plan to hit up jimmy johns and cousins for better customer treatment!
I eat at Subway three times a week or more, but this was my first visit to this particular location. I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained it was. Unfortunately, the service left a bit to be desired. The employees seemed either inexperienced or not particularly invested in their work. The prices are a bit higher than average, and the amount of steak on my sandwich was smaller than what I've experienced at other Subways. Overall, I might give this place another chance in the afternoon to see if things improve, but my experience this morning made me wish I had chosen somewhere else.
On May 20th at 2:30 PM, I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The young man preparing my sub seemed uninterested and even frustrated with the task. However, he perked up when he saw a friend come in to grab some food. I overheard his friend asking for a discount on a foot-long sub, and he readily agreed. To make matters worse, my sandwich was squished, and when it came time to pay, the cashier snapped, "Is that all?" with a noticeably unwelcoming attitude. Overall, the customer service was subpar—rude, unmotivated, and lacking a positive demeanor.
The Subway was very clean and the service was very fast. I ordered the Frito Chicken Enchilada Sub and it was delicious. I would recommend this sub and rate it a 10/10. When I was ordering I was unsure of what to put on it and the worker named Avery had great suggestions. He seemed to really know what he was talking about. GREAT customer service.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The food cooler was dirty, with old, spoiled food, and there was mold on the seals. The glass was covered in fingerprints, and the lettuce was wilted and brown. I also saw an employee who did not wash his hands at all during the time I was there. He even dropped my food on the counter and was about to put it in a container to hand it to me. I had to ask for a new order. I'm so disgusted that I don’t even want to eat the food I paid for. I will definitely not be returning.
