Toppers Pizza - Appleton

Ended up with food poisoning from the food here last night. Sauce tasted rancid so we ended up throwing that away. Definitely don't recommend as something is going on with the storage of their products and prep. Definitely not following food safe guidelines.

I ordered Uber eats delivery for their pizza and the driver had to cancel because this establishment would not give the pizza to the driver without a pizza bag! They were willing to sell him one which he apparently agreed to do, but they demanded cash and would not take a card! Inevitably the order had to be cancelled and Toppers blamed the driver, because they post that a bag is needed at the door, but not on their website or the Uber Eats app, how was the poor Driver to know until he got there?! Uber Eats does not provide drivers with any food bags, and Toppers wouldn’t let him pay with a credit card! As an Uber Eats driver I would not carry cash either, that’s just a risk if you ask me. I think Toppers should add this requirement to the Uber Eats app or state it in the special delivery requirements. I really do appreciate what that poor driver went through, he wasted a lot of time and lost business while this establishment made their demands, all I lost was a mediocre pizza. Boo to Toppers, I will take my business elsewhere!

Note to Delivery drivers through third parties. They will NOT give you orders if you don 't have a pizza bag. I recommended to have this on the app for drivers (locations can post specifics for their restaurant) I have not dealt with this at any other pizza location. I can understand that this could be a franchise policy, but this needs to be posted on the app to make drivers aware. Arriving at the store and have it posted on the door does not do the driver any good. Once this has been updated on the delivery app for the drivers I will update the rating to a three. Unfortunately the gentleman at the store was not very receptive to my suggestion. If the driver app lists this as the restaurant policy, then I can at least go get cash to purchase a bag, as they will not accept card for these bags. This may be a known local policy by ALL drivers as the gentleman stated at the store, but for someone who has done deliveries for other pizza shops I have never came across this. Not a good experience for the customer, driver, and in this post, the store.

Made for a fun evening with my friends and they have deals a lot so the pizza was pretty cheap. Very cool. Very awesome. Vegetarian options: They have a bunch of vegan and vegetarian options including vegan pizzas and plant based wings

Toddlers is a very good place to go to the pizza is very extraordinary. And rarely powerful, I really like topper's pizza and I think you should also get 5 I think you should also rate this for 5 years.
