Little Caesars Pizza - Arab

This place is a disappointment; they never answer the phone. They also refused to acknowledge a $100 bill, claiming the order had to exceed $60.

My order took about 10-15 minutes, so I waited for parking while they brought out orders for three other people who had ordered before me.

Hot, fresh pizza and friendly workers....we eat here a few times a month

"I ordered a stuffed crust pizza, but when I took a bite, I discovered it had no cheese. When I called to address the issue, they told me that since I had already eaten part of the pizza, I would need to bring it back for them to examine. Unfortunately, they couldn’t help me because I had taken a few bites. The customer service was very rude, and I will never be returning to this Little Caesars again."

Terrible experience the last two times visiting this store. About a month ago, the guy taking my order was nodding out....then I waited 45 minutes on one pizza and cheesy bread. Tonight, I received a raw deep dish pizza. They re made it...and the second was raw as well. At that point, requested a refund and was told they couldn't do it because a manager was not there. They definitely don't even deserve the one star review.
