Domino's Pizza - Arcadia

This dominos management is terrible. They apparently can't take orders over the phone, and yet still do, charge for full price but don't deliver the food ordered, and THEN are upset about you asking for the food that was placed in the order. Why wouldsomebody order delivery if they wanted to drive to pick up the food. You advertise delivery, then deliver the food. Working atdominos isn't rocket science. Follow through with what is advertised and promised please. I'm sure I'll get blacklisted fromhere but if so that's fine.

Allways on time and delivery people are nice and friendly, thanks to all and everyone that works hard , my respects to you

This restaurant is very well managed. I order from here at least twice a month, and I've never been disappointed. My orders are always prepared accurately and in a timely manner. Honestly, when it comes to fast food, they do a better job than any other place in the city, including McDonald's and Taco Bell.

UPDATE: I decided to give the app another try since I was familiar with my order, which made it easier to navigate. This Domino's location offers fantastic pizza and has a wonderful staff. They stay open late and managed to take my order just five minutes before closing. In my experience, my local Domino's consistently delivers satisfaction. The pizzas are always served hot, and the ingredients are fresh. I usually go for the $5.99 meal deal, as everything else seems overpriced. I find it much quicker to call than to use the app! Speaking of which, the app is not very user-friendly at all.

The pizza is consistently excellent, and the delivery is always quick.
