Oops Boba Tea Coffee - Arcadia

Honestly, it is my first last time I'm ever stepping in this place. The cashier was super rude. She didn't seem so enthusiastic didn't show any emotion. I asked kindly where the restroom was and after that my boba was ready. I asked where the trash was, she pointed at it, but stared at me, like I was an idiot. Seriously, as a local food critic from OC, I would expect better service, in LA county.Word of advise, learn good hospitality! Don't be rude to new customers.And the boba was sub-par.

A classic boba shop. Delicious staff picks! Go for the staff picks, they’re very good.My only complaint is you can’t buy food here. So make sure you eat before hand if you plan to hang out for a while.

Always getting fruit tea from this location and I was super disappointed today. I order passion fruit&lemon green tea and lemon grape tea total $14. They didn’t add passion fruit flavor to my drinks…! Went with my wife and we got the oreo chocolate brulee. It was very good l, and friendly staff and great atmosphere.
