Mcdonald's - Archbold

In town for a wrestling tournament and needed to get something to eat before I got back on the road to head home. While it would have been nice to hit up something local and sit down and eat, the drive thru behind the golden arches told me I would be on my way quickly and I would know what to order. As I came in on an off time; not breakfast, lunch, or dinner rush; they were a little slow but I did get fresh fries and reasonably fresh chicken mcnuggets. The girl at the window was friendly and apologized for the delay for fresh fries. I had one car ahead of me and it was an eight minute wait from order to pulling out of their parking lot. No problems giving a positive review and recommending McDonalds to anyone that lives in Archbold or is just passing through.

Awful! Stopped in at 10:30 pm and the speaker said their store was closed, left then called and they're actually open until 11pm. Went back and again the speaker said their store was closed but after if repeated itself twice I was greeted with a very rude voice telling me to wait. Not the first time their customer service has been terrible. It took 15 minutes to pay and get food and then the meat was red and cold in the middle with a terrible soggy bun! Unacceptable! Wish there were more options in Archbold.

If there was more of a variety in this town, I wouldn't even bother with this place... Would I recommend this McDonald's? No... You'd be better off driving 20 mins in either direction, to a larger town or city.... Cons: Service is ridiculously slow. Management is rude and inattentive. Most employees are undertrained. Food is rarely fresh. Orders are rarely correct. Pros: A couple of the employees are actually care about. their jobs. Some times you don't absolutely regret ever stopping there.....‍

This McDonald's is subpar when it comes to order accuracy. If I go through the drive through 5 times, my order is getting messed up at least 3 out of those 5 times. Not to mention, they always have you pull forward and park and then forget about you.

Service tonight was awful. We came to celebrate my child's birthday. Five of us went first then a sixth in our party paid for his own. He received his food way before us, was finished by the time our food came. Our food came but then was one meal short. Four of us finished our meal before it took a second time to go up and ask for our fifth meal. Five of us are entertaining ourselves while the sixth one eats. We will forever remember my child's birthday dinner at This McDonalds.
