Rice Asian Cuisine - Ardee

We ordered from Rice tonight and had a very unpleasant experience. Our delivery arrived and the food was cold. We tried to politely inform them that this was not our usual experience, as we have ordered from them many times without issue. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and offering a solution, they insisted that we were wrong and that the food was not cold. This lack of customer service was disappointing, and when we tried to express our concerns again, we were met with rudeness and the phone was slammed down on us. Overall, a very rude and unprofessional experience. We will not be ordering from there again.

I used to enjoy eating at this restaurant, but the food quality has declined significantly. The dish I ordered arrived cold and overcooked, and I was very disappointed. I will not be ordering from here again.

We dine at Rice regularly and the dining experience is always fantastic. The portion sizes are consistently generous and the chefs always cater to our preferences. Tonight, we had a wonderful meal and our waitress was incredibly lovely. We keep coming back because we can always count on delicious food and excellent service.

The delivery lasted minutes, very happy with the food . any time I order from rice, I am never disappointed, I would highly recommend the food thank you.

Ordered in restaurant on a Saturday evening. Nothing new about this. Always very busy. Phone rings nonstop. As usual takes over mins for it to be ready. A number of customers experienced significant delays of over mins. Unfortunately my order was not played...through to the kitchen for a significant time. Fair enough, the poor girl on the desk couldn't apologise enough. At the same time, an offer of a discount rather than a bag of horrible prawn crackers would have been better (luckily didn't take the prawn crackers from prior experience). This restaurant needs more staff on desk and in the kitchen for a Saturday night. This is not the first time. However, the food was not great. I had sweet and sour chicken. The batter was soggy rather than its crunchier state and the sauce was like water. Mum had shredded chicken cantonese style. To say the chicken was like leather was an understatement! Quite dry and it had cooled significantly. Needless to say she wasn't impressed!
