Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Very slow service. Staff are unfriendly and seem to be bad. Fast Food should not sit on the intercom for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take your order. Returned after a few weeks. I came to breakfast but had to order lunch because I sat in the thru line for so long. And a bad sanitation rating of 92. This place is closed too long ago.

The biscuits, which are the best thing about Bojangles, are always undercooked, never browned, and not mixed/worked properly, so fall apart at this location. I always have to go out of my way to the one near London Rd. Very annoying. Someone from regional management needs to come in and do a biscuit making education at this location, because it's a consistent problem and always has been at this location. Everything else is as expected, nice staff.

Grabbed a chicken biscuit combo on my way to work this morning, when I bit into it, it wasn't fully cooked and wet. There was no one else there so there was no need to even pull it so fast. The workers at this store are just collecting free money

Hope you show up before 8:30 pm on a weekday or else you won't be served. Sat at the drive through speaker for 10 minutes and no one came to the microphone. Drove around to the window and the workers were cleaning down. Hours say 9:00 pm but obviously that is at the worker's discretion.

This place never has chicken sandwiches. Or other things if you go after 8pm. Fries are always cold, greasy and over salted (and I love salt). And if you order Bo Rounds in the evening they don?t have any. My opinion is no one wants to fix them because the next morning they?re available. Plus tried to order just chicken tenders and was told they only come with a combo meal.
