Firehouse Subs Long Shoals - Arden

Had ordered a club on a sub for participation this evening. I've been involved. have been home and the sandwich had only truthahn, sink and mayo on it. no cheese, salad, tomato, etc. on it and no speck!

The restaurant is filthy and the staff is rude. It's not a place I would ever go back to, even if it was conveniently located. As someone who used to work in the food industry, I know that this is not how employees should behave or how they should prepare food.

Food was okay. Service was terrible. Extremely rude staff. One girl was nice another was just plain rude.

I placed an order for food delivery, but the restaurant never received it. When I called to inquire about my order, the staff member was very rude and condescending. I asked if there was any way to still receive my order, but he told me to contact the delivery service since I had paid them, not the restaurant. Despite the website saying to call the restaurant in this situation, he refused to help and showed no concern, even after I showed him the email confirmation and bank account payment. The way he spoke to me was completely unacceptable, and as a result, I will not be returning to this restaurant. It's disappointing to see such a lack of common courtesy from people.

The food was great but there were several issues with our order and while the staff did correct them, they got snippy about it.
