The airport restaurant is fantastic! I always have an incredible experience here. The staff is not only helpful but also very friendly. They're always full of creative suggestions, and when you let them take the lead, they come up with some amazing sandwich options that aren't on the menu. I make the 35-40 minute drive from the other side of Hendersonville once a week, even though I have three other sub places nearby. I choose to come here because of the exceptional staff and delicious food.

In an era when customer service often feels neglected, it was a delight to experience the attentive service provided by the manager and staff at this restaurant. With a friendly smile and a warm welcome, he greeted each customer and every child, inquiring about their day and genuinely engaging with them. His approach created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, making it a place you genuinely wanted to be. Well done!

Amazing! Unbelievable! I'm not just talking about the subs. The jersey Mike's teams in the Asheville area came to an end today for the Special Olympics, where 100% of today's sales go to the organization. The counter team, barbecue team, slicing team and management were a powerful whirlwind sandwich for customers. What a positive force for our IDD customers in the area and in the country! The people here were friendly, helpful and try to make your food right and fresh. If I'm here next time, I'll definitely get back in.

I ordered my new favorite: the chicken portobello sub, along with chips and a drink, through the app. I arrived early and parked in front of Jersey Mike's. I checked in on the app to indicate I was there and began waiting. The place was bustling with customers coming and going, and I watched the staff work diligently to cook and serve everyone. As the crowd started to thin out, my order still hadn’t been delivered, so I decided to go inside. It turned out my order was ready, but it hadn’t registered that I was there. The staff was very apologetic about the mix-up. I finally received my order, took it home, and thoroughly enjoyed the sub and chips. I even saved half for lunch today. I genuinely appreciate the quality of the food, and I've consistently experienced excellent service at every location I've visited, many of which are in Florida, including this one.
