Schlotzsky's - Arden

I had a good experience at the restaurant. I ordered a coffee, but it was incredibly hot—so hot that I had to wait an hour for it to cool down a bit. I'm not exaggerating; it was really just excessively hot!

Great location! They offer a good variety at reasonable prices. However, the gluten-free options are limited to the small bungalow and aren’t clearly indicated on the menu. The menu only mentions gluten-free for pizza crusts but doesn’t list them individually. Don’t forget, Wednesday is buy one, get one free for pizza!

I really wanted to like this place after I so excited him on Fast Foodies. I have a French dip. I threw them away, and it wasn't for lack of eating. The food was expensive and edible. Bun was not crispy or soft, it was like chewing a couch cushion. Beef was spicy, fat and chewing. Cut the grain wrong. Bleh.

1st time having Schlotzsky's. I would not recommend the roast beef. It's slimy, cold and overly fatty/stringy. It's an odd unappetizing color and texture.
