Rainey's 2 - Ards

Always guaranteed hot, freshly made chips! Staff friendly and efficient. Most definitely the best chippy in the town.

At last I have found a chip shop that sells traditional pasties! None of the 'new age keep up with the burgers ' rubbish that contain red dye and are as flat as a pancake! Rainey 's are the original chunky pasties with good sausage meat ingredients that were a delight to find and I 've searched through scores of other 'so called ' chippies! Please please don 't ever change the way you make these pasties!

I ordered two snack boxes from here last Friday and I may as well have thrown my tenner in the bin along with the box meals as that's were they went. I wouldn't even have fed them to the local seagulls.

The fish served here is the most fresh,sweet,and juicy in the town!,the batter is crispy and delicious,and the staff are always very friendly.

Fish was bland, some chips soggy and overcooked, others not cooked enough (two different batches??? Scallops were the worst I've ever had I actually thought they were just dressed up potato they were that bad Staff were friendly, though.
