Dunkin' - Ardsley

Ordered ahead and still took 30 minutes for a simple order. Got there and they were making food orders one at a time. 2 staff working, 4 standing around not helping. Will not visit this one again.

Concerning Dunkin Donuts and I am a big time customer of this franchise I can say that the place is one of the cleanest Dunkin's that I have visited... and that also applies to their restrooms. This place has 2 of them , and they are kept veryclean and well stocked. That means a lot to me. You can tell how much regard a place has for it's customers by how well theymaintain their restrooms( if they have one.

Today, I ordered a hot chocolate for my daughter, but it tasted very different from what we usually have—more diluted and watery. I approached a Dunkin' Donuts employee and explained that I was dissatisfied with the drink’s taste. Instead of making a new cup, he just put a new lid on my cup and claimed he added milk, but the taste didn’t change at all. Their customer service is really lacking!

This is by far the worst Dunkin' I have ever visited. I waited 45 minutes for a latte, and the place was filthy, with trash and food littered everywhere.

I ordered a large coffee, but the server ended up giving me iced coffee with cream instead. Maybe it was a Halloween joke, because who drinks iced coffee in 52-degree weather? I didn’t have time to sort it out, so I just hope they do better next time. After a few sips, though, the drink wasn’t bad. Still, it would be nice if they could get the orders right.
