If there's one thing this location is consistent about, it's always on the mark about screwing up orders. This time the staff failed to include napkins or straws with the Doordash order. Even some of the nearby locations warned me before about how this particular location gets it wrong almost every time, and they couldn't have been more accurate. Come on guys, do better.

I usually don’t have issues with Chikfila but I arrived in the midst of a busy time. Understandable! When I get back home, one of my meals was NOT what I asked for, I only received one pickle on my other sandwich when I asked for extra. And I realized that I never got sauce. I would much rather wait a few more minutes for everything to be correctly made like I asked for versus incomplete.

Everytime I go here they forget something tonight I went at 7:52pm I ordered a large meal with a yogurt parfait on the side I got home and there were no fries in my bag I always have issues with this location it seems like Noone is ever available to pick up the phone I called 3 times and git an automated message I understand everyone is short staff but is it really that hard to listen to your customers?
