Kfc - Arlington

I spend about $35 here. I didn’t get my Mac and cheese and they for got my free drink that came with the 12 piece. Chicken was soggy and wet. Corn was cold

Cheaper than Popeyes. Good chicken but my coleslaw wasn't cold. Maybe refrigerator wasn't at right temperature.

This is a terrible experience for everyone who goes. After 3 days in snow, the streets were finally clear enough for me to get it out and get food. I finally made it here and it was so bad I just never said anything out and went to a completely different place just to avoid the terrible customer service I received. There was absolutely no one on the line, but yet I had to wait 7 minutes until someone just comes into the window. Once they did, they made it clear that they were annoyed by the presence of a customer with their tone and facial expressions and literally seemed to see with frustration to make ONE SINGLE ORDER! Spare yourself the anger and just leave something else.

I didn't check the bag. (I know my fault) they forgot my half order. I didn't know until I got home. Kid at the window made it seem like everything was in the bag. Always check or drive better? terrible location

We lived in the area for over 10 years. This place continues to suck. No original chicken, no pots, no. Nothing changes, the owner and the employees do not care about the food or service. I can't believe it's still open. We have tried several times over the years.
