Mr. Wok Chinese - Arlington

I do not recommend this restaurant at all. It was my first time here, and the food did not meet my expectations.

I will not be returning to this restaurant. They forgot to provide us with an entree we had paid for and asked us to come back to retrieve it, claiming we were outside of their delivery area, despite it being only an 8-minute drive away. I ordered the beef dish, but it mostly consisted of vegetables with just a few small pieces of meat. When I pointed this out to them, they offered to sell me more beef for an additional $4. The food was below average, and the service was even worse. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

I tried Mr. Wok for the first time, and I was impressed! The food was quick and fresh. I ordered broccoli and vegetables with shrimp added, and it was delicious. The kids really enjoyed the chicken teriyaki and orange chicken. We’ll definitely be returning!

The food here is quite good, and the prices are fair. However, the customer service leaves much to be desired. The staff doesn't greet you or offer a warm welcome, and the restaurant feels pretty cold inside. They definitely lack a friendly atmosphere. Also, I can't understand how a Chinese restaurant doesn't provide fortune cookies at the end of the meal. It feels like they're skimping in many areas. If this keeps up, they might not stay in business for long.

The fried rice, soup, egg rolls, and crab Rangoon are excellent! The kitchen staff is friendly and maintains a clean workspace. Although the dining area is small, it's tidy and well-kept. They also offer prompt delivery service.
