Pizza Hut - Arlington

Excellent service, from both the Pizzeria Hütte team member called ahead to check my order and give time frames for delivery. The door came earlier than quoted, but was perfect. The food was delicious and made direct as I ordered it. Temp was beautiful and warm. I definitely recommend!

Horrible almost no cheese, pepperoni and olives. Tasted like cardboard. Last time we will order from here.

Unbelievably bad service. The driver barely spoke English and couldn't seem to articulate where he was or where he was trying to go. This driver didn't respond to direct questions and then hung up on me when I was trying to give direction. He also expected me to go outside and meet him instead of even attempting to try the door to my apartment. After 10 minutes of playing phone tag, he apparently gave up, went back to the Hut and claimed that I gave him a made up address.When I tried to call the store, I was placed on indefinite hold before a manager called to verify that I wasn't a prank call and sent him back out. Do not order delivery from here.

Good food, fast, and they are straight to the point and don't make chit chat. Best pizza hut in the area.
