Steak 'n Shake - Arlington

I didn't have high expectations for the food at Steak and Shack, but I was pleasantly surprised. The comfort food had decent flavor and the service was quick and friendly. I would definitely consider coming back for a fast and affordable meal.

On a busy Sunday night, we were informed by the waitress that there would be a slight wait. We were fine with that, as we are from Abilene and do not have a Steak 'n Shake nearby. The food was great, and our waitress was extremely pleasant and friendly. Every time we have visited, it has been a wonderful experience. Thank you. The food was impressive and fresh.

This restaurant no longer has a drive-thru service. Customers must go inside to pick up their orders or choose carry-out. Orders are placed online, through the app, or using the kiosks provided. Despite the lack of a traditional ordering process, the food is still of good quality and prepared quickly. The staff working during my visit were all very helpful and respectful. They even gave us extra onion rings as a gesture of apology for a slight delay in our food preparation. The interior of the restaurant was a bit dingy and dirty, but it was late in the day.

Always a great meal went with my family since we don't have them in NM. It was great you can tell they had a rush right before we got there. Service was great, food was great only thing is we had to ask for a few tables To be cleaned. Staff rushed out and cleaned a few tables. Overall it was great service and food!!!

Real fast service compared to other steak and shakes I've been too. Friendly staff, and the place is well kept. Will come again whenever I crave a good burger.
