The Melting Pot - Arlington

We came here for my birthday. And we came for the experience really. The hostess was SO rude to us. When we were seated we were not told a thing about how anything is supposed to be prepared or eaten. The prices are $88 a person with fast food service. I suggest going to a different restaurant location or just skip it all together. Huge waste of money and time.

Took my girlfriend for her birthday and experience was amazing. Great service and even better food. Would 10/10 recommend

This is my 2nd time at this location, The Highlands, and we almost didn't come back after the first time. We had made reservations multiple times only to be canceled less than 24hr before hand without notice to accomodate larger parties. Under the new management I have to say that the food has improved tremendously. Everything we ordered was, first of all, available, and of great quality. We weren't rushed through our meal and had a great waitress!!! I would recommend this location for a girls night out or date night! Make sure to get the table with the double burner to get double the cheese, cooking liquid, and chocolate. Julie was the manager on duty during our visit. She took time out of her rounds stop and check in with us.

Visited on a Tuesday night, without reservations and was able to get a table. I’ve dined at the Addison location before This location is cute and quaint as well. The martini’s were delicious and the food was tasty. Waitstaff were really nice .

This was a first date spot for my partner and I. I love the fact that if you make a reservation online, they allow you to add rose pedals to your table. Super sweet! However, the menu items are a bit HIGH considering what we are offered. Our HOT POT experience was quite small and we had to order another so we didn't leave starving. Our server was also a bit of a snarky gal'. She was kind of pushy and intrusive. I would go again for the experience but not so much the food. Thank you
