Hungry Jack's Burgers Armidale

A big shoutout to Jacob for accommodating our order right before the restaurant closed its doors for the night. We preferred ordering in person as opposed to using the drive-thru option. Despite Google stating that the dining room closes at 9 o'clock, it actually closes at 8 o'clock. Jacob went above and beyond by providing excellent customer service and even offering us discounts. He truly deserves to be recognized as employee of the month, and any boss would be proud to have him on their team.

I went to her restaurant on Good Friday between 1-2 in the afternoon and I have to say, it was delicious. The burger was fantastic, with a great grilled flavor. The service was excellent - fast and attentive.

The restaurant was only given 3 stars. The quality of the food has declined since last year, but the customer service has improved. Today at 11:30, a woman sneezed while working the drive-thru, which was still professional and friendly despite being very busy.

We have lived in armidale for over 3 years and sad every time we get something from hungry jacks, it is terrible luke warm or cold, the taste is blah, and it is not fresh and juicy as we are used in all sydney and brisbane shops that we have eaten in past. I loved hungry jacks it was my way for fast eating, but after many “an additional chance” trys to continue to fail

Cold food, stuffed up my order, made me wait 15mins in the drive through. When I told them they stuffed my order up, they tried to tell me to go to waiting bay after I had already waited 15mins. This happens every single time. Absolute joke.
