Papa John's Pizza - Arnold

This restaurant used to be one of our favorites, and we were very loyal customers of Papa John's. Unfortunately, our last few experiences have been quite disappointing. Both the food and service have not met our expectations. I hope they can turn things around, as we may have to seek out a new favorite takeaway if things don't improve.

Not bad, but they really go overboard with the pizza sauce and hardly cut the pizza at all. This is our neighborhood spot, and we’ve even bought a pizza cutter just to slice the pizza they don’t. It’s better than some of the other local pizza places, and they’re generally quite quick and friendly. However, they really fall short when it comes to the finer details.

We placed our order at 4:00 PM, and it took 1 hour and 20 minutes for it to arrive. When we called the restaurant, the staff member was rude and hung up on me. After calling back, I was informed that I couldn't file a complaint with the store, even though the website stated that complaints should be made through the store. Once we finally started eating, we discovered that the BBQ sauce was expired and the cookie was completely burnt. I reached out to customer support, but I haven't received any response.

Not impressed tonight, order took 1 hour 45 minutes to arrive, my vegetarian calzone consisted of mainly cheese, and 3 olives. what on earth has happened! I had the same meal last week and it was delicious.

Disgusting, I ordered this at about 6/7 o clock. Delivery took half an hour and when it arrived it was Luke warm. The dough on my pizza was sweet and the garlic bread sticks were sweet and no flavour at all. I don’t recommend this place to people who like food with flavour!
