Bidra med feedbackI thank the Academy of Buffet Arts Sciences to recognize me with this prize. I thank my buffet agent, Yelp, for me privy on buffet spots I haven't visited yet. And, last but not least, I thank my hollow leg for me that much more space to stuff food ;p Indian food lunch buffet $9.99 Located from Little India, I remember Pickles' former location next to Gerry's Grill way back jateryear. I also remember when Pickles ' moved to him's current location over the street, with Dosa Lite occupied it's former location. And I remember when Dosa Lite went out of business and it's a complete menu was part of Pickles' culinary listing. Be warned! Everything has a kick here! Even the water! j/k But for adventurous gastronomy like me we love it so. Do I get the procedures later? Probably. But hey, you just have to live right now. If you later develop diarrhea or find out that your pregnant, so be it j/k ;p The buffet food was delicious Tandoori Chicken Tender Succulent Butter Chicken Melt in your mouth Goats Curry Lean spicy Saag Wiper Creamy vegany Chicken biryani Spicy tasteful etc. Garlic or plain Naan is also unlimited Really, does anyone decide for simply instead of garlic? C 'mon people The Naan was more fluffy than crispy, but he immediately shot all sauces. Only 1 Dessert option, Mango Kesari Mm mm good! Only 1 dessert needed here. Warm Smolina with Kesar Mango powder nuts. I helped two bowls. I would imagine that would taste even better cold, but I think it wouldn't be authentic. Seat is plentiful, w ' an open setting of tables in the middle cabins on the sides behind the buffet. Of course, the stands are more intimate. 2 Flatscreen TV 's are available for your visual pleasure electronic pop music played on the home speakers. I didn't know if I stopped my face or shook my Mumbai moneymaker. They shoot me down, but I will not fall I am Titan!!! Service was good as I was the only one. I can say w/o hesitation that I think I found my favorite Indian lunch buffet spot. I can't wait to try the Masala Dosas and Chaat again. Very recommended!
We were late, so could not enjoy the buffet, but the Chinese food they prepare is awesome.we ordered for Veg Manchurian and Hongi Manchurian and both tasted delicious. And don't forget to taste the Panera Manchurian which is their delicacy. Overall very much satisfied with the food.
This place is pretty good, the food is amazing especially the cashew chicken. The only thing I can complain about is their lack of attentiveness, you really have to search for a waiter. Also about the spicyness, indian food is notoriously spicy, im not understanding all those complaints. But overall, way better than a 3 but not a 5 Nice place
This restaurant is one of my favorite dining spots. Luckily, my experiences have been quite different from what I've heard from others. The management and staff have been nothing short of excellent. On our recent visits, the management even took the time to chat with us. During our last dinner, which was a Dosa Night (Dosa Buffet!), we had some great conversations about spices and cuisines from various regions. As always, the food was outstanding. It offered rich, deep flavors with varying levels of spice, ranging from medium to incredibly hot, but everything was incredibly delicious. The variety is also impressive. My favorite pakoras are served here—light, crispy, and not greasy—but I'm also a big fan of their upma and cansas. The lunch buffet featured an array of dishes that went beyond the standard offerings you find elsewhere, making it very vegetarian-friendly. The vegetarian and vegan options take center stage, making this an ideal spot for herbivores; I promise they'll leave satisfied!
I had a Sunday buffet lunch at this restaurant, and it was quite enjoyable. The variety of dishes was impressive, and everything tasted authentic. The highlights were definitely the Chechen Chettinad and the chicken biryani. The South Indian sambar was excellent, although the chutneys could have been better.
