Flavia's Cucina Romana - Asbury Park

Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, but the gnocchi was out of this world!

If you're looking for creative, innovative pasta and gnocchi preparations Flavia's is your destination. We've been here twice and haven't been disappointed. This time we tried the fried and stuffed zucchini blossoms which had a delicate and crunchy coating filled with mozzarella. We also tried their version of pasta alla Norma made with gnocchi and Pasta Amatriciana. For dessert we had one cappuccino, one Americano and a delicate and light tasting Tiramisu. Lovely and hospitable service wth delicious food; and its BYOB.

I love love this resturant. The pasta is made fresh daily and so are the sauces. You can pair different pastas with different sauces. The staff is excellent, attentive, and welcoming. The atmosphere is comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend

The hostess was really on the ball and doing her best to seat everyone as soon as possible. She could be seen helping to clear tables etc.
