Billy Baxter's - Ascot

Billy Baxter's is a small restaurant with a big personality. The decor, including a snazzy logo and humorous wall art, makes a great first impression. The staff are friendly and the coffee is delicious, made with Veto beans. The breakfast menu has a tasty Veggie option with scrambled eggs, avocado, bacon, and mushrooms. While the toast is simple and the grilled tomato is plain, the mushrooms could be larger. Overall, with a few small changes, Billy Baxter's could improve their breakfast options. Despite that, it's a tempting alternative to other cafes like Zaraffa's.

We had a wonderful experience at Big Brekkie! Despite reading some negative reviews, we had a fantastic breakfast last Sunday. Both my partner and I ordered the big breakfast - I had scrambled eggs and my partner had poached eggs. The portions were generous and everything was cooked perfectly. Our meals were served promptly, within about 20 minutes, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. We will definitely be returning in the future.

I always used to pass by, assuming that eating at a shopping center would be mediocre. What a pleasant surprise! I tried a simple and healthy Turkish chicken dish and it was delicious! Everything tasted fresh, even the cooked vegetables. The chips were irresistible - crunchy and hot from the fryer. Even the salad was fresh. The service was excellent and the overall experience was great. This place has changed my opinion about food in shopping centers. I will definitely be back.
