Golden Waffle - Asheboro

Food is always great, with a short wait after ordering. Jimbo Platter is exceptional, as is the flounder sandwich. Great fries, coffee and tea are better than most.

I live in Michigan and visit my sister in Ramseur N.C. She takes me to Golden Waffle in Asheboro North Carolina every time I come visit. This year I experimented and had a Chick-Fil-a grilled chicken sandwich on the drive down. Although their sandwich was great, I have to say that the Golden Waffle has a better tasting grilled chicken sandwich that I have ever tasted. This is my opinion only.
