Hana Japanese Hibachi Sushi - Asheville

The sushi tasted so fresh and was delicious, I recommend to stop for some good tasting sushi by. also the service was good and the food came fast. by far my favorite sushi spot

Snapshot great sushi details below. the owner tony has not forgotten his first love. after the foundation hana, tony branched in ramen with ittos first in west asheville and a second position is 2 doors of hana. great use of the space. service by brandon was good and service by alexandrea stand out! the Appetizer area has some variations on tuna tataki, so the selection is not as wide as the first look. tuna tartar was inventive, very fresh and very tasty. sashimi was also very good. we enjoyed the fire island and snow weather rolls yellowtail jalapeno was very good it would certainly order again. it came in the form of maki sushi and not sashimi, as standard elsewhere. perhaps disappoint the people who expect sashimi. update ordered jalapeno yellowtail at return and found the form of sashimi discs in tasty and delicate ponzu. people, if they want a great service from a lovely woman, then I can recommend going to hana and alexandrea care about her? she is simply fantastic. she really did a great lunch even better. lunch with eden was very nice and I think they will enjoy them. it's been too long since I was in hana. will not be stranger. alexandrea, save me a place and I hope to be back soon!

Although they have no problem with sandal and jeans, they expect more than their usual tokio express art of spot. the lunch menu is very affordable and in the typical Asheville style the portions were huge. the presentation of the food was beautiful and looked like we have more pleasure. the waitress was very friendly and helpful. it is worth stopping.

Had the rainbow and joy rolling. absolutely delicious. the waiter often checked to make sure I was satisfied with everything. would rate five stars, but my table was kind of sticky.

The food was pretty solid, we got the tempura shrimp and vegetables to start with and the hibachi shrimp, steak, and chicken for dinner. The staff was also good and it wasn't too busy. My partner didn't like that they wanted to seat us in a more crowded area and the energy was kinda mid, but we left there pretty full.
