Salsa's - Asheville

I've written over 500 reviews, and this is the best restaurant I've ever been to! My friend couldn't stop raving about it. It's not your typical Mexican restaurant; instead, their menu offers a delightful tour of South American cuisine. The prices were fantastic—our total came to $80.00 for two people, which included large plates and drinks, as well as a couple of margaritas. There were cheaper options available, but we opted for some wonderful dishes! The staff was also fantastic—very friendly and attentive. Our drinks arrived in less than five minutes after we ordered, and we were seated and enjoying our meal within 15 minutes of our arrival. The photos truly speak for themselves!

The salsas stopped for dinner while we were on holiday in asheville and it was not disappointed! the dishes were huge, filling and full of taste. I regret not to find out what the green sauce is, that it is served on almost everyone and with their chips and salsa. I would return for the food. also the pineapple margarita was very good. the outside atmosphere was wonderful. the inner looked a little cramped, so we were very happy to get a big table out on a beautiful Saturday night. unfortunately the service was very slow. our waiter was nice, but we would only see him every 15 minutes. I also think it's ridiculous that 1 is the only water they offer, filled up that $4.50 per and 2 we weren't told about it before we got the leak. it would have been nice to have a head high that we were charged for water. especially on the fact that eating was expensive (but 100% worth it! all in all I would definitely return for eating and make sure that a table gets out. thanks salsa!

I had a late lunch at Salsas and ordered the special black grouper. It was fantastic! It came with pinto beans, fresh avocado, yellow rice, sautéed vegetables, and chimichurri sauce. The black grouper was fresh, moist, and perfectly cooked. My wife had the chicken fajitas, which were wonderful and couldn’t have been better.

Very busy, but that's worth waiting. it's a small spot, so you have to wait for a table, but it's worth it. all they see coming from the kitchen looks fantastic, and they have many vegetarian / vegan options on the menu. I have the vegetarian plate of the chef, and it was delicious, so full of taste and great portion eating. it was wonderful. if they are looking for a good selection of tasty food, this is the place for them.

The food was outstanding—exciting, hot, and delicious, making it perfect for a special occasion or simply passing through town and craving a fun meal. I highly recommend this restaurant; don’t miss out, as you’ll definitely want to return soon!
