Bidra med feedbackOnce we were inside, the staff was very accommodating when we requested to be seated away from a particularly loud table. For our appetizer, we had the burrata cheese and stuffed figs, both of which were delicious. For dinner, we opted for the ravioli, which were quite large and packed with amazing flavor, as well as the shrimp and basil pasta. Everything was outstanding. I asked the bartender, who was also our waiter, to make me a rum drink, and he returned with an Old Cuban that was absolutely delicious. Overall, we had a fantastic dinner and great drinks. We would definitely come back—but next time, with a reservation, of course!
I proposed to the love of my life tonight, May 27, 2022. The team helped make this a night we will cherish forever. The ambiance of the room was incredible, and the food was outstanding. I'll always remember the kindness of the staff. We’ve already decided that we will return every anniversary. Thank you so much!
When we arrived, the hostess was very nice and acted like she was checking a long list to see if they could squeeze us in. She then took us upstairs to a nearly empty dining room, which seemed odd for a Friday night. I ordered a glass of red wine and the pasta marinara, the simplest dish on the menu, while my friend opted for the grilled Florentine ravioli. The waitress didn't ask if we wanted appetizers and didn't say much at all while we were ordering. The wine was fine, but then our main dishes arrived. I took one bite of mine and it tasted like mushy, floury, watery goo topped with diced tomatoes. It looked unappetizing, too. My friend’s dish looked better, and she was fairly happy with it. I asked her to try mine to see if I was being too picky, but she agreed that it was inedible. I expressed my concerns to the waitress, and she insisted that it was homemade pasta and that I must not be used to the texture. I assured her I had eaten plenty of homemade pasta, and none tasted this bad. After some back and forth, she offered to bring me another dish. Since I typically eat vegan, I ordered the vegan lasagna. It arrived many minutes later, just as my friend was nearly finished with her meal. It looked just as unappetizing (see the picture above with some bites taken). It had a watery tomato sauce, a ton of flavorful vegan cheese that was far too heavy, and some kind of gluten-free pasta that was almost impossible to find amidst the cheese. In other words, it was another glob of mushy, unidentifiable substance. It was disappointing to say the least.
We enjoyed a pleasant evening on the rooftop for dinner. Staff was very friendly and professional. Each floor had its own character, feeling very inviting. Highly recommend the mozzarella appetizer, the flavors were fire! You can tell only highquality ingredients are used here. Definitely will be visiting again!
Fantastic upscale Italian restaurant from top to bottom! from a smooth reservation process, cordial greeting from the host, fabulous sitting in the top floor for our party of 7 with great lighting and the service was spectacular. the cocktails were prepared with sensible perfection, the kalamari slightly baked crispy, and each gast was fresh like an authentic Italian grandmother was in the kitchen that made it from ground on. the ravioli was by far one of the best dishes I've ever eaten as they're done on the grill! they definitely recommend to celebrate this for a beautiful date night or a special occasion in style! they will not be disappointed!
