WoodFire Bar Grille - Asheville

Who would have thought that there would be such good food in a Holiday Inn? The woman and I were very pleasantly surprised. Fillet and grilled salmon were perfect! The restaurant was not busy, which made it really pleasant. The young lady who served us was very beautiful. Frankly, it was a very pleasant surprise and if you come to Asheville and just don't want to fight to eat and drive a good, quiet place (if you stay at the hotel), this is the place!

Our service was excellent. Our server was so crazy. Waiting tables, clearing tables and trend bar. She has often checked with us. The food was amazing. Best Fila.

Great restaurant in a hotel lobby. Proposals to make reservations as it was extremely busy at a Wednesday night. Great food and amazing service.

I didn’t realize it was in a hotel. But rustic, great food and service. Everything was fresh and a great house salad!

Based on previous good reviews, I was anticipating a wonderful experience! The atmosphere is great even though the restaurant is in a hotel. Very quiet and easy to carry on a conversation. The food was good but nothing spectacular! Our server was not very attentive- in fact my Husband had to chase her down in the dining room on her way back to the kitchen for a refill- even though she had clearly saw we needed refills when she brought our food and acknowledged she would bring us some. We waited at least 10 or 15 minutes- she actually left the restaurant came back and never looked our way. It was not a busy time either. The other server was the opposite and was ver attentive to her tables. If we had gotten her as our server it would have been a much nicer experience! With so many other options available- I will probably not be returning to this restaurant.
