I only ate their fantastic French fries with Zaxbies sauce that were delicious, but I wanted to write a praise review on the personal. they should be recognized cheater, and the employees who worked on Saturday night, 12 March, went beyond and beyond. I was out in the cold without my phone, and without being contacted with my drive, who would not start the vehicle. they took me and kept me to the uber, ordered by Heather, (on their own personal account,) in the position to come to zaxbies to take me safely home. they were closed and cleaned around me, but they never let me feel like I was gone. I was gone, of course. I can't thank them enough. they are appreciated and a fortune for the human race. Grately,Jeanne
Eating was pretty good, but you could just say that they didn’t get much business, so it wasn’t the best zaxby’s ever, but still pretty good.
We loved eating. the hunch was perfectly executed. the salat was and amazing. it is Saturday afternoon 4:30. there is a new rental that works the register. she tries very hard and very helpful and pleasant. there is a blue shirt lady. it is very unpleasant and moved. it's a thing to be filled with new people during a rush or from the way. this lady was rude. I asked how she was today, and she shook me out and broke eye contact while she walked past me as if I were on her way. we ate in the dining room, although the food was delicious and the load was clean. the bathroom doors make a terrible squeak when open and close and often in connection. apparently no toilet paper in the toilet room of the dame. another customer came for serviettes. I hope emma gets a little easier. the whole ordeal was very annoying and we went before we were finished. Maybe next time.
I visited this zaxby several times before and had very bad experiences. today I took my young to eat and I asked for fresh cooking our fries when we got our order, the fries were cold. my oldest sohn ordered wings and dinge and wanted the fingers to be immersed in the tongue-burning and the boneless wings were dipped in honey-three, both immersed in tongue-burner. I went to the cash register and told her our pommes were cold and we wanted them fresh and my son needed to let his boneless wing fall into honey. the manager rolled her eyes and had the worst attitude I have ever seen in a manager, she was annoyed because we wanted to eat ours, as we asked, she also annoyed because I asked her to replace all meal times, because now we need to wait for fresh frits our food will be cold when the frits are done. first, she refused to renew her eating because she said it had nothing to do with it. I will never visit in my life that zaxby again thanks for such a terrible experience.
Incredibly understaffed (I think there were 2 people working). It took 45 minutes to get my food and I had ordered ahead so food was almost cold by the time I got it home. I really blame the manager and owner.
