Hong Chow - Ashfield

I tried Hong Chow for the first time and the food was delicious, hot, and tasty. I will definitely order from them again. I placed a delivery order and the person who delivered the food was very nice. A friend recommended this restaurant to me.

We have been loyal customers of this restaurant for four years now and visit at least once a month. We have always had a great experience at Hong Chow, however, during our last visit we found a few black hairs in our chicken chow mein which was disappointing. This was a rare occurrence and has not happened since. We still continue to dine at this restaurant and have not had any other negative experiences. Overall, we recommend Hong Chow.

We recently moved to Hucknall and Hong Chow has quickly become our favorite restaurant. The food is excellent and the portions are generous, making it great value for money. Highly recommended.

After being loyal customers of Hongchow for the last 15 Years we are disgusted with the way we were treated after 2 **** ups in 2 weeks with our orders.last week they forgot our chips which fair enough was a simple mistake,but this week we ordered,and got totally the wrong meal.when we rung to tell them the guy said they will resend it but we would have to pay again!and didn't even apologise.i let him know it was there fault but to no avail so we was stuck with the wrong meal which was horrible. Its a shame but we will never use them again after this treatment.

Have tried most Chinese take always in Hucknall, but none of them compare to Hong Chow. Definitely the best one ours and my parents’ go to choice.
