Subway - Ashland

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered 3 sandwiches on doordash and only checked one. I also have a notiz that says sorry, here's a free cookie? a cookie instead of two foortlong sandwiches? I called the load and was told that the foundation was that she ran out of thunfisch. If this happens, they must contact the customer and contact them for exchange. giving a free cookie instead of two missing sandwiches is pitiful. the situation was badly handled by the employees, and when I called for the assessment of the situation, I was treated laughing and disrespectful. my two children love subway, but I will not order again.

Basic subway. all usual menu items. the bathroom was made of paper cloth. some cheese and other options were not on stock. the sitting outdoors are beautiful and there is a deck located outside a Babblings truck.

I ordered the meatball sandwich and ham and cheese pack. The service was slow and the sandwich was dry and cold. The register kept ringing constantly. 99% would not recommend.

Kalvin was the only person who woke up and was exemplary. Although he was literally the only person who worked, some people were rude, and he never broke. that's for you kalvin!

The Subway in Ashland is a decent spot to grab a bite to eat. They customize sandwiches and the staff is capable. However, they have an odd rule of not setting out napkins on the tables. When questioned, an employee explained it was to prevent guests from taking too many napkins. Despite this, the food is tasty and I have returned multiple times. If you're in the area and looking for a quick meal, give them a try!
